HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

  • Donation records and Gift Aid declarations are retained for at least 6 years in line with HMRC requirements

  • Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

  • Volunteer records are retained for the duration of your involvement, plus a reasonable period afterwards for safeguarding and reference purposes
