In Aid of Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit & Creating Nature's Corridors
1. ABOUT THE EVENT
This event is organised by Creating Nature's Corridors (Registered Charity No. 1193553) in aid of Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit and Creating Nature's Corridors. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. TICKETS
2.1
Tickets must be purchased in advance via Enthuse and are subject to availability.
2.2
Each ticket includes a welcome drink, a three-course dinner with wine served at the table, the charity auction, raffle and disco, as described on the event listing.
2.3
Tickets are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out in Section 6 (Cancellation and Postponement).
2.4
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing with the organisers in advance. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to assist with a transfer to another guest, subject to availability and at our discretion.
2.5
Proof of ticket purchase (digital or printed confirmation) may be required for entry.
3. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESSIBILITY
3.1
Any dietary requirements or allergies must be communicated to the organisers at the time of booking, or no later than 14 days before the event, to allow the venue and caterers to make appropriate arrangements.
3.2
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate accessibility requirements. Please contact us in advance at help@creatingnaturescorridors.co.uk to discuss your needs.
4. ARRIVAL TIMES AND DRESS CODE
4.1
Guests should arrive at the time stated on their ticket confirmation. The dress code, if applicable, will be communicated in advance and on the event listing.
4.2
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone arriving significantly after the stated start time, at the discretion of venue staff, due to catering and seating arrangements.
5. CHARITY AUCTION AND RAFFLE
5.1
The charity auction will be conducted on the night, hosted by Mark Wogan. All bids made during the auction are final and binding.
5.2
Successful bidders agree to pay the full amount of their winning bid on the night of the event, by the payment methods made available, unless otherwise agreed with the organisers.
5.3
Auction items are sold as described, and Creating Nature's Corridors does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the condition, value, or fitness for purpose of any item, beyond what is stated by the donor at the time of donation.
5.4
Raffle tickets may be purchased on the night, subject to availability. Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize, unless otherwise stated. Raffle proceeds will be split between Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit and Creating Nature's Corridors.
5.5
All proceeds from the auction and raffle will be donated in full to Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit and Creating Nature's Corridors.
6. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
6.1
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to venue unavailability, severe weather, or matters affecting guest safety.
6.2
In the event that we cancel the event entirely, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to donate the ticket price to Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit and Creating Nature's Corridors.
6.3
In the event that we postpone the event to a new date, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, please contact us to discuss options.
6.4
We are not responsible for any costs incurred by ticket holders in connection with the event, such as travel or accommodation, in the event of cancellation or postponement.
7. CONDUCT
7.1
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful towards other guests, staff, performers, and venue personnel at all times.
7.2
We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to remove any guest from the event, whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
7.3
Excessive intoxication or behaviour that compromises the safety or enjoyment of other guests will not be tolerated.
8. AGE RESTRICTIONS
This event is intended for guests aged 18 and over, unless otherwise stated on the event listing.
9. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
9.1
Official photography and filming will take place during the event for use in promotional materials, social media, press coverage and future marketing by Creating Nature's Corridors, Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit, and their partners, including Velvet Magazine.
9.2
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed and to the use of such images for these purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of the event team on arrival.
10. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Creating Nature's Corridors and the venue accept no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings during the event.
11. LIABILITY
11.1
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creating Nature's Corridors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from attendance at this event, except where caused by our negligence.
11.2
Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11.3
Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of any guests accompanying them, and should make their own arrangements for travel to and from the venue, including consideration of alcohol consumption.
12. DATA PROTECTION
12.1
Any personal information provided during ticket purchase will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.creatingnaturescorridors.co.uk
12.2
By purchasing a ticket, you may be added to our mailing list to receive updates about Creating Nature's Corridors and Peterborough Breast Cancer Unit, unless you opt out at the point of booking.
